We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enablement Program/Project Manager to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of enablement initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will oversee key projects that empower our customer-facing teams (sales, marketing, and customer success) with the tools, resources, and training needed to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in managing cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Execution
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, for enablement initiatives.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement projects, from kickoff to completion.
  2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with enablement leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership regularly.
    • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business priorities.
  3. Program Support
    • Support the development and rollout of onboarding, training, and enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
    • Ensure training materials, playbooks, and resources are completed on time and meet quality standards.
    • Oversee the delivery of enablement sessions, including virtual and in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  4. Tool & Process Management
    • Leverage project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) to track progress, manage resources, and streamline workflows.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize enablement processes and improve efficiency.
  5. Performance Measurement
    • Define success metrics and KPIs for enablement projects and programs.
    • Track, analyze, and report on project outcomes to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  1. Risk Management
    • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
    • Resolve roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary to maintain project momentum.
  1. Change Management
    • Support the adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies within customer-facing teams.
    • Communicate enablement updates and initiatives effectively across the organization.


Requirements
Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in sales enablement, training, or a related function.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs and project outcomes.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a problem-solving approach.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and learning management systems (LMS).


Assets

  • Familiarity in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum).
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Gong, Seismic, or Outreach.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
