The Enablement Operations Manager will be a key architect behind the systems, processes, and workflows that empower our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver scalable, impactful enablement programs. In this role, you will own and optimize the technology solutions that elevate our team’s effectiveness—including project management tools, enablement platforms, and knowledge management systems.
You will also lead our reporting and analytics operations, providing the data-driven insights that enhance team performance, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and accelerate revenue across our customer-facing teams.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on continuous improvement, enjoys solving complex problems creatively and systematically, and excels at connecting strategic objectives to day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is energized by bringing structure to ambiguity, collaborating cross-functionally, and leveraging data and systems to drive measurable impact. Experience in EdTech or education-focused organizations, not required, but we'd love to see it.
The impact you'll have:
Manage key projects, processes, and tasks across products or initiatives within the Enablement Operations Team across internal cross-functional teams
Optimize Enablement Platform workflows, templates, and processes that enhance how SMEs create, maintain, and deliver enablement content at scale.
Ensure we have an updated and accurate source of truth for customer facing teams on key products and processes.
Lead and manage the development of dashboards and reporting to track content usage, program adoption, readiness metrics, and impact on performance and revenue.
Drive continuous process improvement, through process documentation, templatization, data reviews, and stakeholder feedback
Serve as a technical platform expert and support the department on maintenance of the enablement tech stack (e.g., Enablement platform, Knowledge Base, LMS, project management systems) with a focus on accurate and timely data
Coordinate with other internal cross functional teams to support key initiatives for educator facing teams to ensure they have the systems, processes, information they need to sell/support a portfolio of products.
Support special projects as needed and identified by sales cycle requests and needs.
Meet or exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Rev Ops and company targets and KPI’s.
Monitor, screen, and respond timely to all internal/external communications.
What we're looking for:
Proven process and project management experience, owning process tooling, documentation, and improvement processes
Experience with data analytics, reporting, and data visualization (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheet).
Systems and process-oriented thinker with demonstrated experience optimizing or implementing workflows, processes, and automation.
Proficient with enablement and collaboration tools (with a strong preference for experience using Highspot).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, operations, or related field. A combination of experience and education amounting to 4 years will be considered.
3+ years of experience in enablement operations, sales/revenue operations, program operations, or similar role within a high-growth organization.
Experience supporting projects requiring cross-functional collaboration
Ideal experience in EdTech or education-focused SaaS industry.
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
