Title: Enablement Manager

Location: Remote, US

Reports To: VP of Revenue Operations

Compensation: $90-000-110,000 salary plus benefits and equity

About Brilliant:

Brilliant is an innovative branded products and corporate gifting company. Built with our clients in mind and a focus on creativity and technology, Brilliant curates, produces, and helps companies distribute memorable branded merchandise and custom products. Whether it's newsworthy press kits, welcome gifts for new employees, merchandise sets to promote a product launch, or giveaways people love - our team of retail trend experts and designers work together to produce impactful products that bring brands to life.

As a full-service partner, we offer product concepting, sourcing, design, custom packaging, merch collections, company stores, touchpoint gifting, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution.

Technology is part of our DNA. Our proprietary systems gives clients instantaneous access to important information and tools, including real-time inventory data, on-demand fulfillment services, and convenient 3rd party system integrations, such as Salesforce, Workday, and Zapier - reducing busy work and creating a seamless experience for gift givers and receivers.

What You’ll Do:

We're growing fast and scaling our revenue teams to grow with us. As Enablement Manager, you'll sit at the center of our revenue organization, working closely with our Account Executive and Account Management teams to make sure they're equipped, confident, and set up to win.

As one of our first hires into this department, we are looking for you to help build this function.  You'll create the programs, playbooks, and training that help our AEs land new business and our AMs deepen and expand relationships with some of the world's most recognizable brands. Success means reps ramp faster, deals move more consistently, and the whole revenue team feels supported at every stage.

We’re looking for someone who turns ambiguity into process and gets genuinely excited about helping people perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and run onboarding for new AEs and AMs, building programs that get reps productive quickly without cutting corners on the depth they need to win — including fluency in Brilliant's unique blend of creative services, technology platform, and fulfillment capabilities
  • Build and maintain a content library reps will actually use: playbooks, pitch frameworks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive intel — kept current and easy to find
  • Analyze win/loss data, call recordings, and pipeline trends to identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted, practical training — not generic workshops
  • Design and run ongoing enablement programming — certifications, skill sprints, role-plays, and deal reviews — that reps show up to because it's genuinely useful
  • Partner with RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure AEs and AMs are the first to know and best-prepared to speak to new services, platform updates, and GTM shifts
  • Define and track the KPIs that demonstrate enablement impact: ramp time, quota attainment, content adoption, tool usage, and more
  • Maintain and optimize enablement tools and systems, ensuring the tech stack supports seamless execution across the revenue team

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related role, with preference for experience at a high-growth B2B company
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make complex ideas land with a fast-moving, competitive sales team
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you know how to work effectively with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product
  • Fluency with CRM and enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, or similar)
  • A data-driven mindset: you launch programs and measure whether they're working
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay focused and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience enabling both new business (AE) and retention/expansion (AM) motions
