Job Description
What you’ll doServe as the primary enablement business partner for AMER Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services leaders, building trusted executive relationships and aligning enablement roadmaps with GTM and Professional Services VPMOM priorities (AI-powered innovation, cloud adoption, and customer value realization).
Lead Training Needs Assessments for your stakeholder groups, defining scope, learning objectives, personas, and success metrics; partner with Program Owners to ensure each deliverable meets clearly defined outcomes and supports measurable business results.
Own end‑to‑end execution of strategic programs and events for your portfolio (e.g., regional kickoffs, mid‑year forums, focused offsite training, and enablement workshops), coordinating content, speakers, logistics, and communications for a seamless learner experience.
Design, maintain, and communicate persona-based learning plans and product/solutions learning paths, integrating P&C insurance domain knowledge, Guidewire platform/AI strategy, and role-specific competency expectations.
Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with stakeholders to review 3–6 month learning plans, analyze indicators (adoption, performance, feedback), and adjust roadmaps for greater impact and alignment to revenue, services, and customer-success goals.
Partner with Onboarding and People teams to keep content current, cohesive, and skills-focused—connecting onboarding, soft-skills, leadership development, and functional enablement into a unified learning experience that supports our evolving AI- and cloud-first strategy.
Capture, analyze, and act on stakeholder and learner feedback; maintain Training Needs Assessments, enablement metrics, and Monday.com reporting to drive continuous improvement, transparency, and data-driven decisions.
At Guidewire, we foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI—empowering our teams to continuously leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.
3–5+ years of experience in Guidewire Sales, Professional Services, or Customer Success, with strong understanding of how these functions drive customer value and revenue.
Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic partner to business leaders—synthesizing priorities, conducting needs analysis, and turning insights into clear enablement plans and roadmaps.
Proven ability to design and execute complex, multi-stakeholder programs and events (kickoffs, offsites, workshops), managing timelines, logistics, and content with strong attention to detail.
Strong business acumen and outcome orientation: you connect learning objectives to leading indicators, target behaviors, and measurable business outcomes (e.g., adoption, time-to-value, implementation efficiency).
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across executive, manager, and individual contributor audiences and to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
High integrity, rational decision-making, and a collegial, collaborative style—you build truthful relationships, use evidence to guide choices, and operate as a professional peer with stakeholders.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, eLearning/learning experience platforms, and modern AI tools; comfort working in a fully remote, global environment.
Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business and how insurers use cloud, AI, and core platforms to transform workflows.
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Experience in a formal enablement, learning & development, or strategy/operations role supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Professional Services.
Background in designing persona-based curricula, certification paths, or structured onboarding for SaaS or enterprise software organizations.
Familiarity with Guidewire’s platform, cloud strategy, and AI/GenAI capabilities, or similar enterprise P&C insurance platforms.
Experience working with distributed, global teams and facilitating virtual as well as in-person workshops and events.
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
