The EN Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the EN Service Manager in all aspects of recruiting for the EN program, including the planning and execution of recruiting efforts, events, and initiatives. This position requires a skilled recruiting professional with a strong background in workforce acquisition, event coordination, and candidate management. The EN Recruiter will serve as a critical interface between candidates, hiring managers, and the EN Service Manager, ensuring that recruiting activities are executed efficiently and align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the EN Service Manager in the execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for the EN program.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, such as job fairs, career days, information sessions, and internal recruitment initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, community organizations, universities, and strategic partners to build a robust pipeline of talent.
• Screen, evaluate, and interview applicants to ensure qualifications align with EN program requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and dissemination of job postings, advertisements, and recruitment collateral.
• Ensure all recruiting processes and candidate interactions adhere to applicable federal, state, and organizational policies and regulations.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the EN Service Manager regarding sourcing efforts and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and develop position-specific recruitment plans.
• Participate in onboarding activities as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hire.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have 5-7 years of relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record supporting recruitment activities within a government or large organizational setting, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Required qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proven ability to support recruiting events and initiatives, including planning and coordination.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for a variety of professional positions.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, with a strong commitment to compliance and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and common office productivity tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Commitment to upholding privacy, security, and confidentiality in all beneficiary communications.
Clearance requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SSA Public Trust clearance
