We are seeking a mid-senior level attorney with a strong background in employment law, litigation, and workforce strategy to support our dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience handling and advising internal stakeholders on a broad range of human resource and employment-related matters and contribute to proactive legal and strategic initiatives across the company.
What you will do:
- Review and draft employment-related agreements, including severance agreements, offer letters, policies, handbooks, and commission plans.
- Partner with Human Resources to support a respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace environment. Provide guidance on sensitive employee matters, including workplace conduct, equity, and safety. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to help resolve complex personnel issues through thoughtful approaches such as mediation, arbitration, policy refinement, and strategic engagement.
- Manage outside counsel on immigration and litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws, regulations, and policies by continuous and proactive review of the legal landscape, conducting audits, revising current policies, and assisting with implementing new policies.
- Review, draft, and advise on transactional and commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience advising HR and business leaders on workforce strategy
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate all types of employment-related agreements (and commercial contracts a bonus)
- Skilled in developing and implementing compliant policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and geographies
- Working knowledge or experience with labor and employment laws in India and EU
- Team player
Education and Certifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to at least one state bar.
