In this role, you will:
- Lead with Purpose: Manage and inspire a team focused on designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences across HR platforms.
- Drive Strategy: Prioritize and execute on the most impactful employee and manager moments, using data and insights to guide decisions.
- Innovate at Scale: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring human-centered design to life across websites, mobile apps, and internal tools.
- Champion Research & Design: Integrate user research and behavioral insights into every stage of the design process.
- Mitigate Risk: Ensure compliance and operational excellence while pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.
- Mentor & Develop: Foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous learning within your team.
- Deliver Results: Align people and financial resources to meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact.
- 6+ years of Website or Application Design experience, digital experience strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives in large organizations.
- 3 + years of employee experience.
- Experience managing design, UX, or digital product teams.
- Deep understanding of employee experience, HR technology, and design thinking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is posted at 550 S 4th S. Mpls, MN and 1525 W. WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC
- Ability to travel up to 10%
