The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Principal Purpose of Position: 

  • Connect front-line partners with the company culture and business strategy through the organization and execution of company-wide communication plans, to include PIE Meetings or other methods for all Holman businesses (including trainings, events, etc.)
  • Maintain cohesive partner experience throughout all communications, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Execute recognition programs, campaigns, and initiatives to drive partner engagement; to include Partner of the Quarter, Partner of the Year Campaign, Circle of Excellence programs, and Service Anniversaries. Leverage recognition platform reporting to gain leadership buy-in.
  • Leverage existing platforms (and find unique ways to reach partners) to ensure awareness, understanding and participation in programs and process improvement related to increasing engagement and building a best place to work.
  • Provide regionalized support and act as point of contact for local partners and leadership to develop and implement departmental engagement strategies, including onboarding initiatives
  • Provide recommendations and consultation on partner-run events as applicable (i.e., Art Show, Car Show, etc.)
  • Manage Achievers reporting to monitor usage and inform campaign planning efforts internally and provide reporting support to regional leaders where applicable.
  • Maintain process documentation and project plans for team continuity.
  • Monitor and track engagement metrics and reporting to monitor for trends, report to leadership, and inform planning efforts.
  • Act as a champion of Holman culture, including support of Holman Wellness, Community, Sustainability, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and BRG programs and initiatives
  • Champion Partner Voice & Analytics initiatives through survey support, including presenting data, the tracking of departmental action planning, support of focus groups, or other initiatives
  • Support and maintain tracking and forecasting of the Partners In Excellence budget
  • Provide general administrative support for the Partners In Excellence program
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, PULSE, Monday.com, Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in any Holman business line preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience in communications, marketing, human resources, or project management
  • 1+ years’ experience in engagement or event-management

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
