As an Embedded Software Engineer (Level III, Sr., or Principal) you will be responsible for;
- Design, architect, and develop complex embedded software systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in multiple programming languages.
- Debug and troubleshoot intricate software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets system requirements and performance standards.
- Utilize version control systems like Git for software development and collaboration.
- Document software architectures, designs, specifications, and development processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
- Lead and implement various software development methodologies such as Agile and Kanban.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance software development processes.
Qualifications;
- Strong technical understanding of C++ and Object-Oriented Programming
- Strong Preferred - Familiarity with Open Standards such as CCSDS, C2MS, Open Mission Systems (OMS), and Universal C2 Interface (UCI)
- Relevant industry experience: aerospace, aviation, medical devices (highly regulated industries)
- US Citizen
Salary Range: $105K-$190K
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience

Location options: (2 days on-site in Louisville office, 3 days on-site in Centennial office)
