Our Newest Opportunity:
The Embedded Product Manager will sit directly within a OneDigital practice area (e.g., Benefits, Retirement/Wealth, HR) and act as a product builder responsible for rapidly identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and bringing them to life.
This is not a traditional product management role. This individual will be expected to move quickly from idea → prototype → production by leveraging modern AI tools — including AI agents — and working closely with AI builders and engineers. The role requires a strong product mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a bias toward action and experimentation.
What You’ll Do:
Embed within a business practice to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
Quickly identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities aligned to business goals
Build and maintain lightweight roadmaps and backlogs focused on speed and value delivery
Rapidly prototype solutions using AI tools, including AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms
Design and collaborate on AI agent-driven solutions that automate workflows and enhance user experiences
Partner with AI builders and engineers to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions
Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data, and stakeholder input
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — translating needs into solutions and outcomes
Communicate clearly and frequently with stakeholders on progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes
Drive adoption of delivered solutions within the practice
Adapt across multiple domains and problem spaces as business needs evolve
What We’re Looking For:
Strong product instincts — ability to identify problems worth solving and shape effective solutions
Exceptional communicator — able to work seamlessly with both business leaders and technical teams (critical for success)
Demonstrated ability to move quickly from concept to prototype
Experience using AI tools, including AI agents, to build or accelerate product development
Comfort working in ambiguous environments with minimal structure
Builder mindset — not just defining work, but actively helping create solutions
Ability to simplify complex problems and drive toward execution
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and understanding of data flows is a plus
Experience or exposure to financial services, retirement/wealth, or similar industries is a plus
Ability to adapt and operate across different practice areas
Experience:
~2–5 years in product management, product ownership, consulting, or similar role
Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments (startups, innovation teams, or digital product teams preferred)
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products, particularly AI agents or automation-driven solutions, strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
How This Role is Different:
Less focus on process, more focus on speed and outcomes
Expected to prototype and validate ideas before formal development
Works embedded in the business, not separated as a centralized product function
Leverages AI agents to automate workflows and accelerate both discovery and delivery
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
