Oates Energy is looking for a dedicated Email Support Agent to assist our customers with their inquiries through email communication. This position is fully remote and involves managing customer issues and providing timely resolutions via email.

Position Overview
As a Remote Email Support Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Account Assistance: Assist customers with managing their accounts and billing inquiries.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain a detailed record of all support requests.
  • Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, particularly in email support.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in email management software (e.g., Zendesk, Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $22+ per hour (depending on experience).
