The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns targeted at our consumer audience. This role requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who can manage automation tools, deliver engaging content, and ensure that every campaign strengthens customer relationships and drives measurable results.
The ideal candidate is proficient in email marketing platforms such as Maestra and Bloomreach, skilled in implementing lifecycle and promotional campaigns, and committed to building scalable email and SMS programs that drive loyalty and engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development & Execution: Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive conversions.
Email Automation & Lifecycle Flows: Set up and refine automated flows (welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment) to nurture customer relationships and increase repeat purchases.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Develop targeted lists and leverage personalization tactics to maximize relevance and improve performance metrics.
SMS Marketing Support: Implement and optimize SMS campaigns to grow channel contribution and improve customer engagement.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to ensure emails are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized across devices.
Performance Reporting & Optimization: Track KPIs (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution) and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Frequency & Optimization: Scale campaigns thoughtfully to maximize engagement and revenue without compromising deliverability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Creative teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives, product launches, and promotions.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Maestra, Bloomreach, or comparable email automation tools and customer data platforms.
- Experience creating and optimizing automated email workflows and drip campaigns.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
- Solid understanding of consumer marketing funnels, lifecycle campaigns, and personalization tactics.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing and integrating email/SMS into customer engagement strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
