We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and strategic Email Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support and optimize email marketing programs for our e-commerce clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong experience in Klaviyo, Shopify integrations, lifecycle automation, and data-driven campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creative collaboration skills and has a proven track record of building high-performing email lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Email Lifecycle Management
  • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end email lifecycle programs using Klaviyo

  • Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance and customer retention

  • Execute and manage automated lifecycle flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and retention campaigns

  • Identify execution gaps and recommend improvements to increase email effectiveness and ROI

  • Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue per recipient, and overall campaign performance

Technical Integration & Analytics
  • Manage seamless integrations between Klaviyo, Shopify, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms

  • Build custom analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks to track lifecycle performance

  • Translate business goals and marketing questions into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations

  • Maintain accurate tracking systems for campaign attribution and customer engagement analysis

Content & Creative Collaboration
  • Provide strategic direction and recommendations for email content and messaging

  • Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and high-performing visual assets

  • Review and provide constructive feedback on email templates, graphics, and user experience

  • Support the creation of compelling email content that drives engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty

Program Optimization
  • Continuously test and optimize email campaigns and automation flows based on performance data

  • Implement A/B testing strategies for subject lines, messaging, design, CTAs, and send times

  • Monitor email deliverability health and proactively maintain strong inbox placement

  • Stay updated on Klaviyo platform enhancements, industry trends, and email marketing best practices



RequirementsExperience & Expertise
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing end-to-end email lifecycle marketing programs

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, including automation flows, segmentation, templates, and analytics

  • Proven experience in e-commerce email marketing with demonstrated revenue impact

  • Experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify and CRM platforms

  • Strong analytical skills with experience building custom reporting dashboards and performance frameworks

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work

Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo platform capabilities

  • Shopify integration and customer data management experience

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms

  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization (preferred)

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Strategic & Analytical Abilities
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies

  • Experience developing lifecycle marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing email content and retention strategies for B2C e-commerce brands

  • Familiarity with additional ESP platforms such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign

  • Experience managing email marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI

  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
