Title: Lifecycle Marketing Lead

Inspirato is seeking a highly skilled, detail-obsessed Lifecycle Marketing Lead to play a pivotal and autonomous role in planning, executing, and optimizing our email and CRM marketing programs. This role owns the end-to-end campaign process—from strategy and segmentation through testing, QA, deployment, and reporting—ensuring flawless execution and measurable business impact across both member and prospect audiences.
The ideal candidate combines advanced technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems with strong analytical and project management skills. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, build, and deploy complex campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lifecycle journeys, triggered sends, and promotional communications.
- Own campaign delivery from intake through QA and deployment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
- Partner with internal teams to develop testing and optimization strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Conduct thorough QA using Litmus and internal tools to ensure flawless rendering and functionality across all email clients and devices.
- Maintain reusable templates, content blocks, and AMPscript personalization logic for scalable campaign production.
CRM Integration & Audience Strategy:
- Leverage Salesforce CRM (SFDC) to manage and refine segmentation and targeting based on lifecycle stage, engagement behavior, and customer value.
- Build and maintain dynamic data extensions, SQL queries, and automation workflows to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
- Partner with CRM and Data teams to ensure data accuracy, automation reliability, and integration efficiency between systems.
Testing, Reporting & Optimization:
- Lead ongoing A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, creative, send time, and segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Power BI dashboards; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deliver campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously monitor KPIs including deliverability, engagement, and conversions to enhance email program performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Sales, and Care teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive customer journey.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to evolve marketing automation capabilities.
- Share best practices and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, AMPscript, SQL).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) data architecture and audience management.
- Proficiency in HTML email coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal oversight.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing or CRM programs, ideally within a high-growth or luxury brand environment.
- Proven success executing and optimizing data-driven, large-scale campaigns.
- Strong grasp of A/B testing methodologies, deliverability best practices, and reporting analytics.
Compensation - $70,000 - $90,000
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
