The Weitzman Education Program Specialist will be a member of the Weitzman Institute Education team, and will support the growth, development, and coordination of Weitzman Education’s joint providership program, supporting external organizations and Moses-Weitzman Health System’s (MWHS) affiliates with their CME and CE activities and accreditation compliance. Joint providership activities include external organizations’ annual conferences, webinar series, learning collaboratives, e-learning courses, and other CME/CE types of training activities. They also include MWHS CME/CE activities such as Community Health Center’s Grand Rounds, Community eConsult Network (CeCN) monthly webinars on various clinical topics, Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers’ annual conference, and National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement’s upskilling courses.
The Weitzman Education Program Specialist is a key member of the Education team responsible for accreditation compliance, reporting, and set-up and maintenance of learning activities in the Weitzman Education Platform (online CME/CE management system). Specific responsibilities include project coordination for a variety of educational interventions in various stages of planning and implementation: Support market analysis, customer discovery, and marketing efforts to advance growth of the joint providership program; participate in development of proposals and contracts for joint providership services; coordinate with activity planners to ensure our accreditation requirements and standards are met; create and update CME/CE activities in the Weitzman Education Platform; manage administrative tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and education program support; track and monitor operational data including post-session survey administration, and data collection; and analyze data and reports for continual improvement of education interventions in the joint providership program.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support ongoing market analysis of Weitzman Education’s current and desired target audiences to determine their need and interest in joint providership services.
- Support senior staff with marketing efforts and partnership development for joint providerships.
- Work with senior staff to manage timelines across various joint providership offerings with multiple joint provider partners.
- Create operational reports for external partners and MWHS affiliates and support with other deliverables.
- Provide clerical, organizational, and technical support for joint providership partners and MWHS affiliates.
- Develop, administer, track, and analyze education intervention data such as registration, attendance, and program evaluation metrics.
- Administer post-session surveys and assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to maintain quality of education programs.
- Support coordination and project management on cross-Weitzman initiatives, as requested or needed.
- Organize and communicate with joint provider planners in all of their responsibilities including Structured Abstracts, relevant financial relationship forms, mitigation documentation, financial disclosures, post-session evaluation reports, CME/CE credit reporting, invoicing, and other relevant accreditation communications.
- Respond to learner/user tickets requesting support with the Weitzman Education Platform.
- Build constructive and effective relationships both internally and externally.
- May be assigned to attend conferences to exhibit, present, and/or teach about Weitzman Education programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation and project support experience
Preferred Skills
- Excellent oral and written skills are required. This position is highly involved with staff, providers, clients, colleagues, outside vendors, and community.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications, survey software, project management software, and database software.
- Learning management system (LMS) or CME/CE software proficiency.
- Professional responsiveness and adaptability to rapid change.

Works primarily in a moderate sedentary environment. Remote position.
