Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the project team in managing all aspects of product marketing for our Launch Program which is aimed at helping new Education customers, including universities and instructors, adopt SketchUp for Higher Education. You will play a crucial role in helping us build collateral and refine a marketing approach for supporting customers in learning how to use the product, getting certified, integrating the product into relevant education curricula, and becoming an evangelist for SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies to promote the Launch Program to universities and instructors for use in the pilot of this project

  • Help create educational content, including tutorials, webinars, and certification guides, to facilitate the adoption of SketchUp in higher education

  • Development of the materials to support the integration of SketchUp into relevant education curriculums by providing resources and guidance to instructors

  • Engage with pilot universities and instructors to understand their needs and provide support throughout the adoption process

  • Collaborate with the project team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and success stories, highlighting the benefits of using SketchUp in higher education

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and training sessions to drive project awareness - for internal and external audiences

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement

  • Support the team in working effectively with the larger product marketing and marketing teams to achieve the goals of the project in relevant timelines

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field

  • Strong interest in product marketing and education technology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Google workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc) is a plus

  • Familiarity with SketchUp or other design software is a plus
