Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Technical Training Intern, you will review and analyze existing SketchUp training materials to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with the training team to develop innovative e-learning strategies and create engaging content, including interactive tutorials, videos, and quizzes. Your role will involve utilizing software tools such as Articulate, Figma, Miro, and Docebo to enhance and manage e-learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • You will support the development and implementation of user certification programs, designing assessments and certification criteria to validate user proficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date, participating in team meetings and feedback sessions to contribute ideas and insights.

  • Throughout your internship, you will engage in professional development opportunities provided by Trimble, including lunch and learns, team-building activities, and social networking events. This role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and prepare you for your career journey while contributing significantly to the improvement and innovation of SketchUp's training materials and e-learning approaches.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in: Education, Instructional Design, UX/UI Design, Human/Computer interaction, Design or experience engineering, Architecture, etc.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
