Your Contribution:

  • Responsible for billing related training for customers and internal staff including online classes, practice management set up including fee schedules, payers and clearinghouse rules.

  • Responsible for customer post go-live assistance with all aspects of EDI. 

  • Responsible for knowing entire EHR application to answer questions and support customers when needed.

Your Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or GED/High School Equivalency.

  • Strong background in electronic health records including medical billing to include EDI knowledge, AR management, payment posting, understanding of financial reporting and accounting. 

  • Excellent time management and organization skills.

  • Must have a positive and cooperative attitude in working and communicating with customers as well as individuals at all levels of the organization.
