Role Summary:
- Triaging and managing a high-volume of enrollment-related support tickets daily, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Utilizing Excel and Availity’s enrollment systems (E Pro, Essentials) to process, track, and organize enrollment requests.
- Communicating with payers via portals, email, and phone to obtain and verify enrollment statuses.
- Completing and sending required paperwork to payers and proactively providing status updates on enrollment requests to reduce case volume.
- Using Salesforce, Outlook, and Teams for workflow, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Participating in regular team huddles to share updates, challenges, and best practices.
To be qualified for this position you:
- Have basic to intermediate Excel skills (filtering, organizing, simple formulas).
- Have experience using Availity’s enrollment systems or similar EDI tools.
- Understand EDI enrollment for clearinghouses.
- Can handle high-ticket volume and meet closure goals
- Are comfortable making phone calls to payers.
- Pay attention to detail and are open to learning.
You Will Set Yourself Apart With
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
- Prior exposure to proactive statusing and payer paperwork processes.
You will be:
