Positions are based in Dubai, and we are seeking UAE nationals (with a family book) only.
 

About You

To be considered for the Marsh Early Careers program, you must be a UAE national (with a family book), a final-year student, or a recent graduate who demonstrates:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Strong academic performance and grades

• Enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in the professional services industry

• Ability to work collaboratively in teams, fostering engagement and inclusion

• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

• Passion for building a career in risk, strategy, and people management

• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Result-oriented mindset
