Roles and Responsibilities:
- General Operations Excellence Support
- Outage Planning Activities and Timely Closure
- Issue Tracking and Sustainable Reporting Tools
- Support to CPMs and KPI Improvement
- The trainee will act as a coordinating link to monitor progress, escalate risks early, and help maintain schedule discipline.
- The trainee will work closely with the CPM (Customer Portfolio Manager) population, enabling them with accurate data and insights to drive corrective actions. By supporting efforts that improve L2/L3 KPIs and enabling proactive management of execution risks, the trainee will contribute to better overall project outcomes.
- Support in laying foundation for key projects and initiatives such as Critical TILs planning for implementation, linking Authoring TILs to be issued soon to the impacted outages' dates, Customer Experience Management, Region RCAs Management.
Required Qualifications:
- Senior student or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical Power, Electro-mechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical power, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related qualification.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Data analysis or operations or Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
Desired Characteristics:
- Graduate with solid foundation in Mechanical/Fluid Mechanics/Internal Combustion Engines and Power Plant technology
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Basic knowledge of python, excel VBA.
- Proficiency in using and utilizing AI available resources for improving job productivity.
- Physical Presence in Cairo, Egypt and ability to be present at the office.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards creation, SAP/ PMx is a Strong plus
- Ability to work with Cross-functional global teams and drive results.
- Excellent oral and written expression in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Can-do attitude with a Strong sense of accountability as well as interdependence.
- Willing to challenge and enhance existing processes
