We are seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to assist with customer inquiries related to online shopping, returns, and order processing. This role is fully remote.
Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders, returns, and shipping.
- Resolve complaints or issues regarding online products or services.
- Guide customers through the order process and address payment issues.
- Work with the logistics team to track orders and manage inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of e-commerce or retail customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with online retail platforms and order systems.
