The Dynamics ERP Consultant will be accountable to the VP of Operations and will be compensated based on their experience. The Senior Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics ERP plays a critical role in driving successful enterprise-level implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV.

This position requires a deep technical and functional understanding to define and implement complex business requirements across multiple domains, including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, and Sales. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end solution and system architecture design, comprehensive ERP module configuration and customization, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness through successful, full-cycle deployments.

Requirements
  • At least ten (10) years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar capacity, with a focus on ERP implementation and deployment, or in a similar capacity.
  • Proven expertise in solution and system architecture design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV.
  • Demonstrated experience with five (5) or more enterprise-level full-cycle implementations per year.
  • Expertise in and a proven track record of deploying Dynamics ERP solutions successfully.
  • Experience working with Business Central modules such as Finance, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales Order Management.
  • NAV or Business Central Manufacturing and Inventory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, OR established equivalent experience and advanced industry certifications, which confirm expert-level proficiency in Dynamics ERP solution deployment.
  • The ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred

  • It is preferred that candidates have experience or access to resources with Power BI and other third-party applications.
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional certification is highly valued.
