Produce high-impact, conversion-focused DTC video ads from raw footage and UGC for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon DSP, email, and web. Rapidly create, A/B test, and optimize performance-driven creatives with motion graphics, sound design, and strict brand consistency. Collaborate with strategists on data-driven creative direction and manage multiple clients, deadlines, and organized file systems.
This is a remote position.
As a DTC Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage, UGC submissions, brand assets, and scripts into high-impact, conversion-focused ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon DSP, email campaigns, and website placements.
This role requires a powerful blend of storytelling, design, and performance marketing, ensuring every asset you produce is optimized to stop the scroll, drive engagement, and convert.
Key Responsibilities
- The role is focused on Performance Creative Production/Video Editing, specializing in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) advertising.
- Primary responsibility involves the rapid production, rigorous A/B testing, and data-driven optimization of high-performing video ads.
- Work targets major acquisition platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Requires technical execution skills such as motion graphics, sound design, and video reformatting.
- Involves ensuring strict brand adherence and maintaining creative consistency across all assets
- Includes collaboration with Strategists to interpret performance data and inform creative direction.
- Requires efficient project management of deadlines, multiple clients, and organized file structures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with strong performance-ad portfolio (Meta/TikTok/YT).
- Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Experience in creating DTC, UGC, or e-commerce-focused video ads.
- Ability to understand marketing metrics and translate them into creative decisions.
- Skilled in typography, motion graphics, color grading, pacing, and sound design.
- Knowledge of Airtable, Asana, or Notion for project management.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and team collaboration.
- Thrives in high-pressure, high-output creative environments.
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
