Operations Supervisor 

As an Operations Supervisor at Republic Services, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of the most important asset at our company – our employees. As a people leader, you will have the chance to solve problems, create opportunities and deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities. As a key member of the leadership team, you will both understand the big picture of where we are going as a company, while being hands-on in the day-to-day operation to make it happen.

Rewarding Compensation and Benefits

The Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge program is for transitioning military members during their last 180 days of active duty.  Military members who are selected for the program are not employed by Republic Services or compensated by the Company.  The DOD will continue to maintain the military member’s current rate of pay and benefits while in the SkillBridge program.

Once you complete your DOD SkillBridge program you will have the opportunity to apply for paid positions at Republic Services.  Positions include competitive wages and benefits including:
