- Take full ownership of district revenue, customer retention, and overall customer experience, driving measurable success.
- Act as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Lead revenue growth efforts, ensuring KPIs are met through the effective execution of CCA programs, initiatives, and operational strategies.
- Conduct thorough dealer contact meetings, prioritizing dealership needs and aligning with GM performance objectives.
- Analyze dealer marketing and merchandising plans, offering actionable recommendations to enhance service lane traffic and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement annual business plans, proactively addressing challenges and executing countermeasures to mitigate headwinds.
- Resolve complex aftersales customer issues, including SPAC/CAC/TAC cases, goodwill claims, warranty requests, and policy concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Drive success across key performance indicators (SRT sales objective, NPS, retention, STS training, EV training & compliance) to support long-term dealership performance.
