TITLE: Director
LOCATION: Greenwood Village, Colorado
JOB SUMMARY: Build automation solutions for video applications on Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) and connected devices/TVs platforms including tvOS, Roku, and Xumo. Plan, coordinate, and control software tests by creating effective test strategies within an agile environment. Formulate and assess manual and automated testing policies and strategies during the planning phase of testing activities working with vendors and offshore teams, including by choosing testing methodologies; estimating testing time, effort, and costs; procuring necessary resources; establishing test levels; configuring test cycles; and implementing defect management procedures. Develop framework, scripts, and utilities for Android, iOS, tvOS, Roku, and Xumo automation which are reusable, reliable, and reduce time. Implement and manage automation of functional testing using Appium, XCUITest, StormTest and TMC utilizing Python, Ruby, and Swift. Perform Quantum and Adobe analytics testing using Kibana and Prism on various applications including iOS, Android, tvOS, Roku, and Xumo platforms. Execute integration activities across platforms including Adobe, TVE, Single Sign On, Content Delivery Network, Device firmware, EPG, Authentication, Authorization, Provisioning and Billing systems, VideoOnDemand, Linear, User Profiles and Concurrency monitoring. Implement suitable metrics for evaluating test progress and assessing product quality. Incorporate negative testing using the Charles Proxy for error testcases and local mapping for streaming application platforms. Design test automation framework based on identified architecture and support implementation of framework for Spectrum News and Sports Application testing. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipeline and responsible for making sure project testing is optimized for agile delivery of applications in GitLab. Conduct recruitment, financial planning, interviews, and filling vacant positions. Responsible for onboarding/off-boarding processes, assessing candidate profiles, and selecting the best fit for the position.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 8 years of experience performing automation of video streaming devices utilizing StormTest; creating test strategies within an Agile development environment; building automation solutions within a Video Streaming environment; programming with Python to perform functional testing. 4 years of experience monitoring with Splunk; performing automation of mobile device applications utilizing Appium; throttling, monitoring, and directing web applications with Charles Proxy; utilizing Firebase to track crash reports; utilizing Roku Application Packager to sideload Roku builds and package them; authoring and publishing content with Adobe Experience Manager-CDN; using Prism for analytics tracking of quantitative and categorical data; performing quantum analytics using Kibana; utilizing Swagger for API design, documentation, and collaboration; with Cloud-hosted web and mobile automation testing platforms, including SauceLabs Cloud. *A hybrid (in office and remote) work arrangement is available.
Salaries depend on geography, experience, and education; negotiations begin at $138,930 per year.

The base pay for this position generally is between
$138,930.00 and $246,290.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
