You will grow this strategic function that owns the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers from role brief all the way through to offer and onboarding. You will be extremely operational and strategic, giving you the skills and knowledge to take the TA team to the next level by building out the strategy and processes that ensure that we not only hire the best talent, hit our big headcount targets and do so effectively and efficiently.

But, you’re also not afraid to roll up your sleeves! You will excel at recruitment, sourcing and identifying leads, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our mission forward. You will advise on best practices, industry and market trends, and build our EVP strategy and release it to the market.

 Why Should You Apply

Our People are the secret sauce to our success at ROLLER and you will find that no two days are the same. We have big goals and initiatives to tackle, and we are committed to supporting our ROLLERs and leaders to provide the best experience possible.

If you want to be part of a truly passionate and fun P&C team, and have a genuine passion for providing an amazing candidate experience while being an exceptional leader to our TA team, then this role is for you! • Ensure our ATS (Greenhouse) is fully optimized for accuracy, efficiency, and insightful reporting
  • Bring passion for GTM hiring as well as technical and operational roles, and understand the nuances of hiring across all business functions
About You
  • You're based in Austin, TX, or open to relocating
  • You have 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including managing and scaling high-performing TA teams in fast-paced tech environments
  • You’ve led global teams and understand how to collaborate across time zones and cultures

  • You have a solid command of Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and are obsessive about data accuracy and process integrity
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and know how to tailor your approach to influence different stakeholders
  • You’re humble, collaborative, and genuinely care about people — bringing positivity and integrity to everything you do
