About the Position

This position’s role is to increase client performance through advanced analytics, strategic campaign planning, decision science, and machine learning techniques. ​This role is relied upon to create and demonstrate value within our client relationships, monetize that value and work cross-functionally to deliver desired results. The end result is client satisfaction and retention, and achievement of individual & divisional goals.

This position requires a high level of detail, organization and the ability to multi-task. As a team member, you should be comfortable managing both clients and collaborating with internal division and cross division team members to deliver solutions that maximize fundraising results, improve donor file health, and achieve goals. 


To Be Successful, You Will

  • Create and deliver compelling, customized presentations for prospects and clients that outline Machine Learning Model optimization and improvement, descriptive demographic profile reports, campaign results evaluation detail insights, donor file health descriptive tables and charts,  
  • Providing clients and internal account team with counsel and strategic marketing thought leadership
  • Working with the clients to understand project goals (both short and long term)
  • Communicate best practices that will help clients achieve their goals
  • Propose new concepts and approaches that may align with clients’ goals
  • Assist and help manage client onboarding to achieve exceptional customer experience
  • Achievement of account/individual/divisional revenue and gross profit goals
  • Demonstrate incremental improvements to clients, and escalating levels of product adoption
  • Consistently troubleshoot and proactively solve potential and known client issues
  • Focus on identifying how to deliver an exceptional customer experience 
  • Participate in the development of strategies & proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
  • In consultation with clients, specify effective predictive models to be used in analytic initiatives
  • Consult with client and map campaign strategy; build and evaluate client campaign strategies
  • Drive the analysis of campaign performance and results, extracting insights to guide future decisions
  • Analyze how clients ​want to​ consume our services, and identify ways we can improve ​how​ clients experience our services (this may touch on areas such as product management, delivery efficiency, client services practices, etc.)
  • Act as key driver of Business Review Meetings with clients, specifically making sure that VeraData adds value and that we monetize that value. Ensure that we improve client campaign performance and capture revenue for VeraData for delivering those improvements
  • Partner with members of our sales and client services teams to drive cross-sell, up-sell of analytic offerings resulting in increased revenue
  • Identify, support, and implement new projects related to the overall improvement of fundraising & direct marketing campaigns for our clients (design, development, testing, implementation, etc.)
