At UVeye, we're on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability on a global scale. Founded in 2016, we pioneered the world's first fully automated suite of vehicle inspection systems. At the heart of this innovation lies our advanced AI-centric technology, representing the pinnacle of computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI within the automotive sector.

With over $380M in funding and strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Toyota, Amazon, General Motors, Volvo, and Hertz, our technology is utilized in manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, delivery fleets, seaports, and more. Our growing global team of 250+ employees is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, encourages teamwork, and strives for excellence.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be a key growth leader for UVeye, driving OEM/channel expansion and building the company’s emerging data monetization strategy. This role blends business development, partner marketing, and commercial strategy to grow UVeye’s footprint across automotive service and retail operations.

You will own UVeye’s most important OEM and network relationships—expanding existing partnerships, launching new channel programs, and elevating UVeye’s presence through events and dealer-facing initiatives. At the same time, you will lead the commercialization of UVeye’s rapidly scaling data lake, developing new revenue opportunities with automakers, tire companies, fleets, research organizations, and government-related partners.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead UVeye’s overarching strategy across OEM partnerships, channel programs, events, and data monetization to drive long-term growth and industry influence.
  • Deepen and expand relationships with major OEMs, identifying new commercial opportunities and guiding high-level negotiations across innovation, product, procurement, and executive teams.
  • Build scalable partner and dealer programs that strengthen UVeye’s presence in service lanes and retail operations, while creating consistent experiences across networks and regions.
  • Translate market insights and partner feedback into new channel opportunities, cross-network initiatives, and strategic programs that expand UVeye’s footprint.
  • Work closely with the CMO and executive leadership to elevate UVeye's positioning and thought leadership with OEMs, dealer groups, and broader industry audiences.
  • Lead UVeye’s data monetization initiatives by shaping commercial use cases, data products, and revenue models for OEMs, tire manufacturers, fleets, research groups, and public-sector partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, cohesive messaging, and high-impact partner execution.
  • Represent UVeye at conferences, panels, OEM summits, and dealer events as a senior voice of the business.
  • Manage budgets for partnerships, events, and data initiatives while tracking KPIs such as revenue impact, network penetration, partner satisfaction, and program ROI.
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive, mobility, OEM partnerships, business development, or data-driven commercial roles, preferably in high-growth or technology-enabled environments.
  • Proven track record of building and managing senior relationships with OEMs, fleets, tire companies, dealer groups, or similar strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including pilot programs, data partnerships, revenue-sharing models, and design-partner relationships.
  • Strong technical fluency in data analytics, AI-driven insights, and data products, with the ability to translate vehicle and operational data into commercial use cases and monetizable offerings (hands-on coding not required).
  • Experience shaping or supporting data monetization strategies, including pricing models, data products, partnerships, or commercialization of insights.
  • Background in channel programs, partner marketing, events, or network-driven program expansion across multi-site or multi-region ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive retail, service, and fleet ecosystems, including dealer operations and OEM dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, hit or exceed targets, and track performance through KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Travel Requirements: Periodic travel for OEM meetings, dealer summits, industry conferences, and strategic partner engagements.
