A Little More About The role:
Gravie is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to support the growth of our ICHRA and level-funded business through sourcing, forming and nurturing strong strategic partner relationships. This role will focus on managing and expanding Gravie’s partner network, driving enablement activities, supporting partner performance, and helping operationalize our channel strategy.
 
The Director will be a key external representative of Gravie in the market, working closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to execute our partnership goals and support national and regional partner growth.
 
You will:
·       Manage day-to-day relationships with key broker, consultant, TPA, and platform partners.
·       Support partner identification, recruitment, and contracting.
·       Execute partner enablement activities, including product training, education, and positioning of Gravie’s solutions.
·       Cultivate regional and mid-level relationships to expand channel penetration and drive new business leads.
·       Assist in tracking partner performance, engagement, and revenue contribution.
·       Work with the VP to implement the channel partnership strategy aligned to ICHRA and level-funded growth targets.
·       Translate the strategic roadmap into actionable partner plans and cadences.
·       Ensure partners understand key expectations, performance metrics, and engagement models.
·       Support contract preparation, negotiation coordination, and documentation
·       Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology to support partner needs and feedback loops.
·       Partner with Sales to ensure channel-sourced opportunities are well-supported and converted.
·       Provide feedback to internal teams on partner insights, market trends, and competitive activity.
·       Represent Gravie at broker and industry events (regional and national).
·       Deliver training, webinars, and educational content to drive adoption of ICHRA and level-funded solutions.
·       Maintain awareness of regulatory updates, market trends, and competitor movements.
 
You bring: 
·       6–8+ years of experience in health insurance, benefits, or a related industry.
·       3+ years in a channel partnerships, broker-facing, or sales enablement role.
·       Experience building broker, consultant, or partner relationships.
·       Strong understanding of small/mid-market benefits dynamics.
·       Bonus: familiarity with ICHRA, level-funded products, or the broker ecosystem.

·       Previous experience at a high growth company.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $275,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.  In addition to base salary, this position is also eligible to participate in Gravie’s annual bonus program.  Stock options may also be awarded as part of the compensation package.
