Role Overview

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our strategic alliances with major technology partners such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, Databricks, and among others. You will drive partnership initiatives, generate leads, support marketing efforts, and collaborate with our sales teams to close deals. This role is both strategic and revenue-driven, requiring strong relationship management and sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Lead and manage strategic alliances with Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, and other key partners.
  • Expand Partner Network: Establish and grow relationships with additional technology partners.
  • Drive Lead Generation: Collaborate with partners to generate new business opportunities for Concord.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Work closely with the sales team to identify and close partnership-driven deals.
  • Marketing & Events: Support marketing initiatives, including conferences, joint campaigns, and co-branded activities with partners.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between our sales team and alliance partners, ensuring alignment on goals and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a minimum of 5 years managing partnership programs at a consulting or service company.
  • Experience working with major technology partnerships for IT consulting and Digital Transformation firms.
  • Strong track record of building and managing relationships with technology partners like Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, and Amazon.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to close deals.
  • Ability to lead marketing efforts related to partnerships, including conferences and events.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Additional Information

  • Employment type: full-time, permanent employment.
  • Pay structure: base + commission for closed deals.
  • Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000 base.
  • Work location: Open to remote or hybrid, depending on location. Travel will be required to visit the HQ, clients, or events.
  • Preferred locations: large metro areas including Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Washington D.C., Dallas, Austin, New York, or Boston.
  • Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
