- Own operational workflows that produce accurate and matching transactions in ERP (Sage Intacct), the Science Exchange platform and customer records
- Improve PO/invoice ingestion quality and scalability with systematic QA gates.
- Partner with corporate treasury on scalable cash application operations and drive process/tooling improvements to reduce manual effort and key-person risk.

- Partner with Finance on SOC1/SOC2 and financial statement audit readiness
- Design and run controls that reduce error and fraud risk (approvals, segregation of duties, sensitive-change controls).
- Own high-risk change workflows (e.g., bank detail/entity changes) with verification steps and evidence capture.
- Maintain audit-ready SOPs, logs, and documentation; support periodic Finance control reviews/audits.
- Drive recurring defect reduction through root cause analysis and remediation.
- Partner with Product/Engineering to improve workflows, routing, data models, and automation across onboarding and billing ops.
- Identify and prioritize tooling needs (invoice ingestion, cash application automation, secure handling of sensitive payment-related data, portal management).
- Define operational requirements for integrations and new launches (UAT, cutover plans, runbooks).
- Build dashboards/visibility across SFDC and Intacct for backlog health, exceptions, and control monitoring.
- 8-10+ years in marketplace operations, onboarding operations, billing/payments ops, finance ops, or similar scaled operations roles.
- Experience running workflows across Salesforce + ERP with strong data governance.
- Proven ability to operate in a controls-driven environment (SOPs, approvals, evidence capture, exception handling, audit/oversight).
- Practical experience embedding KYC / AML-adjacent workflows into onboarding operations (risk-tiering, screening where required, exception routing).
- Strong cross-functional leadership with Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Product/Engineering.
