The difference you’ll make:

At Midi Health, we’re building the leading virtual care clinic for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challenges—and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a Director, Employer Sales to drive new business and revenue growth across employers nationally. This is a true hunter role: you’ll own a national territory and the end-to-end sales process, from identifying and opening target accounts through executive engagement, contracting, and close.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem and a consultative approach to selling, using relationships across employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans to build pipeline and expand Midi’s reach.

What you’ll do:
  • Own your territory and revenue target. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, engage, and close employers that fit Midi’s ideal customer profile.
  • Build a high-quality pipeline. Use creative, persistent outreach and your industry network to open doors with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and executive-level buyers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles end to end. Build multi-threaded relationships across target accounts, develop champions, navigate stakeholders, and drive opportunities from first conversation through contracting and close.
  • Navigate the benefits ecosystem. Leverage relationships and a strong understanding of how employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans interact to accelerate opportunities and maximize deal value.
  • Tell Midi’s story. Position our value proposition in a compelling, consultative way based on each employer’s priorities and the broader competitive landscape.
  • Operate with sales discipline. Maintain an accurate forecast, strong pipeline hygiene, and detailed deal management in HubSpot.
  • Help shape our employer sales playbook. Bring market and buyer insights back into the organization and partner cross-functionally to continuously improve how Midi wins.
Who you are:
  • You bring 10+ years of experience in employer healthcare benefits sales, ideally within digital health, healthcare services, or a related high-growth environment.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing complex employer deals.
  • You bring strong relationships across the HR and employee benefits community, including an established network of consultants and brokers.
  • You’re a hunter and a closer—energized by prospecting, opening doors, building relationships, and personally driving deals across the finish line.
  • You know how to navigate complex organizations and build influence from Director-level buyers through the C-suite.
  • You’re highly organized and disciplined about forecasting, CRM hygiene, follow-up, and deal management.
  • You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder who can operate independently while partnering effectively across teams.
  • You thrive in a high-growth environment: self-directed, resourceful, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals.
  • You’re passionate about improving healthcare for women and excited by Midi’s mission.
Why you’ll love working at Midi:
  • Build a category-defining company transforming care for women in midlife.
  • Own meaningful revenue impact in a critical growth channel.
  • Help shape the employer sales motion as Midi continues to scale nationally.
  • Share in the upside through competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
  • Work with a mission-driven, high-ownership team across the US.

We’re backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Semper Virens, and Emerson Collective, trusted by leading health plans and employers, and growing rapidly to meet nationwide demand.

Our mission is simple: change the way healthcare serves women in midlife—because women deserve better.

The salary for this role is 160,000-225,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including variable compensation, equity and benefits.
