We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Sales leader to lead and scale our Sales organization. This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth across our expanding portfolio, including InMotion Hosting, RamNode, Web Hosting Hub, BoldGrid, and our emerging InMotion Cloud product lines.

As Director of Sales, you will own Sales performance, build and develop high-performing sales teams, and execute strategies that accelerate growth across multiple product lines. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market approach as we continue innovating in the PaaS, Cloud, On-Demand Bare Metal, and Managed Server markets.

Location: Remote with travel as needed

 What You’ll Do
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance Sales organization, instilling a culture of accountability, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Own enterprise revenue performance, driving predictable growth through rigorous forecasting, pipeline governance, and consistent quota attainment across all product portfolios.
  • Define and execute the company’s sales strategy, aligning priorities with corporate objectives to accelerate growth across Hosting, Cloud, and IM Cloud solutions.
  • Expand market share and unlock new revenue streams through vertical expansion and AI-driven analytics that increase upsell, cross-sell, and recurring revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle, enhance retention, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, including expansion of InMotion Cloud and next-generation infrastructure solutions.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy and influence product roadmap, leveraging customer insights to guide innovation and competitive positioning.

What We’re Looking For
  • A proven sales achiever with a strong track record of driving significant revenue growth in hosting, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments, responsible for owning and scaling revenue across subscription-based product lines
  • Someone highly skilled in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve optimal sales conversion rates, customer retention percentages, and fostering a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • A leader passionate about leading by example, coaching, mentoring, and elevating team capability
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and executive-level communication abilities
