We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead and scale our Enterprise Account Executive team across North America and Europe. This leader will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, driving enterprise revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with NetBox Labs’ strategic go-to-market objectives. The role requires someone who excels at leading distributed teams, can operate effectively across time zones, and is passionate about building repeatable, scalable sales processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
Develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives across North America and Europe.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor reps to consistently improve performance, pipeline quality, and close rates.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
Own enterprise revenue targets for your team across North America and Europe, consistently achieving and exceeding quota.
Define and execute regional and vertical-specific sales strategies to maximize coverage of global enterprise accounts.
Partner with Marketing, SDRs, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to build strong, sustainable pipeline and customer outcomes.
Customer Engagement
Act as both a front-line manager and strategic sponsor, guiding enterprise opportunities from pursuit to close.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across customer accounts.
Represent the voice of the enterprise customer back to Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
Operational Excellence
Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management discipline, and CRM excellence.
Implement and enforce sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to improve deal execution and predictability.
Establish best practices to reduce sales cycle times and increase win rates across regions.
7–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing distributed teams.
Proven success leading enterprise sales teams across North America and/or Europe.
Track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Experience in open-source, infrastructure, networking, or DevOps-related technologies strongly preferred.
Mastery of modern enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN).
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Must be based on the East Coast of the U.S., with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
