Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales operations function. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning sales strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue operations, data strategy, and team leadership, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services, to ensure seamless alignment and execution.

  • Revenue Operations & Data Strategy:
  • Lead efforts in pipeline optimization, strategic forecasting, and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across CRM systems and reporting tools.

  • Process Optimization:
  • Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales technologies, including Salesforce and other tools.

  • Team Development:
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales operations team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Performance Analytics:
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve sales outcomes.

  • Tech Stack Optimization:
  • Evaluate and enhance the sales tech stack to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools like Gong and Power BI to provide real-time insights and drive productivity.

  • Immediate Impact Initiatives:
  • Quickly build and deploy sales dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
  • Partner with leadership to address immediate operational challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales or revenue operations, with a focus on data strategy and process optimization.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing automated reporting solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Power Query, and other sales technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
