About the Role:

CrowdStrike seeks an experienced business leader for the role of Director, Sales Operations. The role will serve as a strategic business partner to Global Alliances & Sales Operations leadership, focusing on data-driven decision making, process optimization, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career with CrowdStrike as we expand rapidly.

What You'll Do:

As a key strategic partner to the Alliances leadership team, the Director will:

  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to drive sales performance

  • Develop and execute initiatives to accelerate revenue growth

  • Lead data-driven decision making processes

  • Champion operational excellence across the sales organization

  • Drive CrowdStrike's business model and culture of excellence

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as trusted advisor to sales leadership

  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations

  • Support strategic decision-making processes

  • Drive accountability for key business metrics

Sales Performance & KPI Management

  • Define, track, and optimize sales metrics

  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue attainment

  • Develop comprehensive performance dashboards

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and performance analysis

  • Implement data-driven performance improvement initiatives

Process Design & Optimization

  • Develop and refine scalable sales processes

  • Streamline deal execution and approval workflows

  • Optimize sales methodologies

  • Design and implement operational best practices

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Territory & Capacity Planning

  • Design and implement territory coverage models

  • Lead quota and headcount planning

  • Align resource allocation with market opportunity

  • Develop compensation plans and incentive structures

  • Create territory optimization strategies

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership

  • Drive alignment on revenue operations

  • Lead pipeline and forecast management processes

  • Support go-to-market strategy execution

  • Facilitate cross-functional process improvements

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of business leadership experience in technology sector

  • Technology industry, software, SaaS revenue recognition expertise

  • Broad business acumen and strong influencing skills

  • Proven track record in strategic and operational activities

  • Change management expertise

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

CrowdStrike Canada ULC is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in Canada is $170,000 - $235,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. This is Canadian-based employment, and it is expected that all employees maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
