Stryker Digital is one of the fastest-growing home service marketing agencies in the world, scaling from $0 to a $15M/year run rate in under five years. We're launching a Google Ads offer for HVAC and plumbing businesses, sold to cold traffic through a Meta book-a-call funnel, and we're hiring a Head of Sales to build the team that scales it to $1M/month in recurring revenue.

We're looking for a sales leader who has personally hired, trained, and managed a team of 3-10 closers on a Meta book-a-call funnel for a high-ticket agency, coaching, or consulting business. The right person writes the scripts, runs the daily roleplays and call reviews, can still jump on the phone and close, and owns everything from booked call to cash collected. This role reports directly to the CEO and works daily with our Director of Marketing and SEO Sales Director.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and hire your first 3-5 closers and 1 setter within 90 days, defining the ideal rep profile and building a hiring process that finds them fast.

  • Build and own the sales process for a one-call close on cold Meta traffic, starting from our proven SEO sales playbook and adapting the scripts, objection handling, and follow-up to the Google Ads offer.

  • Train the team every day through roleplays, standups, 1:1 call reviews for every closer, and team call reviews, getting new reps to quota in under 30 days.

  • Own the team's numbers: show rate, close rate, AOV, and cash collected, with a target of 70% show rate and 30% close rate on qualified calls.

  • Run a full calendar of calls early on while you build the team, closing at or above our team average.

  • Enforce quality control across follow-up and CRM hygiene so every lead, touch, and outcome is logged in HubSpot.

  • Send leadership a weekly report on cash collected, pipeline, show rate, close rate, and rep performance, with clear calls on who to coach, who to promote, and who to cut.

  • Partner weekly with the Director of Marketing on lead quality and messaging, bringing back what prospects say and recommending changes to positioning, pricing, and guarantees.

  • Document scripts, training, and processes into playbooks so the team can scale to 8-10 closers without a drop in performance.

Results
  • 3-5 closers and 1 setter hired and onboarded within 90 days.

  • Team closing $200K-$400K/month in new cash by months 4-6.

  • 70% show rate and 30% close rate on qualified calls.

  • New reps at quota in under 30 days.

  • Documented scripts, training, and playbooks ready to scale the team.

Requirements
  • 3+ years as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales for a B2B business selling high-ticket agency, coaching, or consulting services, ideally in the $20M-$50M range.

  • Helped scale the business during your time as head of sales (ie. $10M to $20M, or $20M to $50M).

  • Directly managed 3-10 closers on a Meta book-a-call funnel.

  • Wrote the sales scripts and objection handling yourself, not just ran scripts handed to you.

  • Data-driven, with the ability to speak to every metric you tracked: show rate, close rate, AOV, cash collected, and revenue per rep.

  • Experience recruiting and hiring closers preferred.

  • Background selling to local/home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling) preferred.

  • Experience using HubSpot preferred.

Location: Remote

Hours: 9-5 EST, Monday through Friday

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 base + monthly commission. OTE $220,000-$260,000 in year 1, uncapped.
