Job Description: Director of Revenue Operations

Hiring Manager: Sean McCreanor (CEO)

Location: Denver, CO preferred or USA (remote)

*If hired in Denver, CO, the candidate will be expected to come to the office at least 2x/week.

Annual Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 base + annual bonus potential

The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a Director of RevOps to be the strategic and operational heartbeat of Assignar’s go-to-market engine.

    This is a high-impact role for a builder and strategic operator who can connect the dots across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, turning data and process into predictable growth.

    As a hands-on individual contributor, you’ll work directly with senior leadership to shape strategy, set priorities, create alignment, and bring clarity to a growing, multi-geo business. This isn’t an order-taking role, it’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Own the GTM operating framework: metrics, process, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
    • Partner with leaders to align GTM plans with company goals, turning insight into action.
    • Build forecasting and capacity models that drive confidence in performance.
    • Optimize and evolve our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Salesloft, Clay, Discern, Zendesk, and others).
    • Deliver dashboards and insights that power better executive decisions.
    • Operate as a hands-on IC, designing and executing the systems and analytics that scale growth.

    About You:

    • 7–10 years in GTM, Revenue, or Sales/Marketing Ops at B2B SaaS or tech companies.
    • Skilled in scaling across multiple regions and navigating complex contracting models.
    • Strong hands-on execution background, you’ve built dashboards and optimized funnels yourself.
    • Trusted by executives – you bring structure, insight, and strategic focus. 
    • Analytical, balanced, and pragmatic, you prioritize what matters most and deliver results.
