Job Description
Ensora Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue operations, including the management of HubSpot and Salesforce, and ensuring the alignment of sales and marketing metrics to drive growth and efficiency.Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with Ensora Health's overall business goals.
Lead and manage the revenue operations team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize revenue growth initiatives.
Define and execute the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, aligning across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver predictable growth.
Sales and Marketing Operations:
Oversee the management and optimization of HubSpot and Salesforce platforms to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and maintain sales and marketing metrics, dashboards, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure seamless integration and alignment between sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Build and optimize scalable processes for lead lifecycle management, forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, sales enablement, and customer journey mapping.
Support the operations for Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals and strategies.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
Develop and enforce best practices for data management, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Standardize and streamline processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure a consistent and scalable customer experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster a culture of collaboration and communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on revenue performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure clear and consistent communication of revenue operations goals and initiatives across the organization.
Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cohesive revenue strategies and smooth handoffs across teams.
Technology and Tools:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in revenue operations, and recommend new tools and systems as needed.
Oversee the implementation and management of revenue operations tools and technologies.
Ensure the effective use of technology to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Drive the GTM systems roadmap—owning integrations, tooling, automation, and data integrity across our tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LeanData).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ideal; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a revenue operations leadership role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Expertise in managing and optimizing HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy leadership roles—ideally at a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
Analytical and data-driven mindset combined with strong business acumen and systems thinking.
