At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?

Why you will love this job:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Regional Marketing leader to own and scale regional marketing across the Americas. This is a high-impact, company-critical role focused on building pipeline and revenue through close partnership with Sales, SDR, and Partner teams.

You’ll bring creativity, strong execution, and a data-driven mindset to deliver integrated regional programs that support Redis’ next stage of growth.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the Americas regional marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Build regional plans aligned to company priorities, market needs, and pipeline targets
  • Lead multi-channel programs including ABM, field and first-party events, trade shows, partner marketing, and executive engagement
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR leadership to support pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and customer expansion.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of regional marketers
  • Collaborate with central marketing teams (digital, demand, brand) to ensure regional alignment
  • Analyze performance, optimize programs and investments, and apply insights to future plans
  • Communicate program results and business impact to executive stakeholders
  • Be a proactive team member of the Americas leadership team.

What you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software/SaaS
  • Proven experience planning, prioritizing, and executing regional marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with sales, marketing, and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
  • Strong communication skills across written, oral, and presentations

Extra great if you have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with marketing technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and 6sense
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $190,000 – $230,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
