With a strong operating foundation in place, this role is focused on planning, executing, and monitoring the adoption of strategic initiatives within the region—while enabling Platform Controllers and Controllers to own day‑to‑day controllership outcomes. The Regional Controller’s impact is less about direct transactional oversight and more about developing leaders, strengthening decision support, improving execution discipline, and elevating the way accounting partners with the business.
This leader will coach and develop regional accounting leaders, reinforce consistent controllership standards, and build FP&A‑like financial partnership through all levels of the organization—helping dealership and operational leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive action. The ideal candidate brings deep dealership accounting knowledge, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to translate strategy into execution—creating clarity, consistency, and confidence in the accounting partnership as the organization continues to scale and evolve.
