Job Description:
The Director, Rapid Content Delivery is responsible for leading Pluralsight’s rapid technical content strategy and execution, initially focused on AI and emerging technologies. This role will drive how the team identifies evolving learner needs, prioritizes high-impact content opportunities, and delivers timely, technically credible learning experiences at speed.
This leader will oversee a multidisciplinary team across content development, curriculum, technical review, production coordination, and content delivery while partnering closely with Curriculum, Operations, and senior Content leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, technical fluency, curriculum design and experience leading teams in fast-moving environments.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and evolving skill needs to ensure content portfolio relevance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape the long-term vision and operating model for rapid technical learning experiences.
- Lead, develop, and scale a multidisciplinary team operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, workflows, governance models, and execution standards that support rapid delivery at scale.
- Drive organizational clarity across priorities, decision-making, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Own delivery performance across a portfolio of concurrent rapid content initiatives, balancing speed, quality, learner impact, and operational sustainability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, experimentation, continuous improvement, and execution excellence.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leaders across Content, Curriculum, Product, Production, Operations, and other business functions.
- Influence portfolio decisions related to learner strategy, content investments, operational scalability, and emerging technology opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional planning, prioritization, dependency management, and resource alignment across complex initiatives.
- Communicate portfolio priorities, performance insights, delivery risks, strategic tradeoffs, and investment needs to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive experimentation with new formats, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable delivery approaches that improve speed, quality, and learner outcomes.
- 8–12+ years of experience in technical content, curriculum strategy, technical education, digital learning, content operations, technical production, program management, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams in technical, learning, content, or fast-paced operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling operational models, content programs, or strategic initiatives within evolving organizations.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders in highly matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance learner value, operational scalability, speed, quality, and strategic priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Technical fluency across AI/ML, cloud, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, platform engineering, or related technical domains preferred.
- This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:The annual US base salary range for this role is $155,800 - $205,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
