SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Director, Program and Operations to establish and lead the GTM PMO function while ensuring operational excellence across our GTM Excellence strategic initiatives. This role will be instrumental in aligning program effectiveness with corporate strategy, streamlining processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration in a hyper-growth environment.
As a strategic operator, you will not only define and optimize how we execute GTM programs but also roll up your sleeves to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and drive measurable impact. This role requires a leader with strong business acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate and influence across global teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Establish and Lead the GTM Excellence Program Management Team
- Design and implement a flexible and scalable GTM excellence Program Team that meets the needs of a hyper-growth organization.
- Define best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks to prioritize, execute, and measure GTM Excellence initiatives effectively.
- Ensure clear alignment between GTM Excellence programs and corporate strategy and business priorities.
Drive Operational Excellence Across GTM Excellence Initiatives
- Establish and evolve GTM operational frameworks to streamline processes and improve execution efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure key initiatives have defined success criteria, KPIs, and impact measurements to track performance.
Lead GTM Event Management & Execution
- Oversee the planning and execution of Magic Camp (our flagship GTM training program), SKO (Sales Kickoff), regional GTM meetings, and geo-specific enablement events.
- Implement scalable event frameworks that maximize engagement, learning, and business outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to ensure events align with broader GTM strategies and reinforce company culture and are delivering on time and in budget.
GTM Tech Stack Optimization
- Lead a team responsible for enablement and optimization of the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and leveraged.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance productivity and execution across the GTM organization.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations and IT to enhance data accuracy, improve system usability, and streamline technology workflows.
Develop GTM Analytics & Insights for Data-Driven Decisions
- Partner with dedicated business analysts and RevOps to build an integrated GTM reporting and analytics function.
- Drive insights by aggregating data from multiple systems and sources, providing real-time visibility into GTM performance.
- Enable data-driven decision-making for leadership and field teams, ensuring analytics translate into tangible business impact and revenue growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, program management, business operations, or a related field within the technology sector.
- Strong track record of building and scaling PMO and operational functions in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes and functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, AI, and automation to drive business outcomes.
- Ability to navigate senior executives and foster strong collaboration between teams and functions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience managing complex, high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
