Enverus Inc. ("Enverus") is filing an Application for Alien Employment Certification for the below described job description:
Position: Director Professional Services (Centennial, Colorado)
Duties: Responsible for driving customer success by helping customers get the most out of the Business Automation products they have purchased; create, manage, and deliver the overall strategy of the department and provide direct supervision of the team; perform training and consulting duties as required on assigned projects; prioritize projects and manage the assignment of department requests based on geography, complexity, workflow, and subject area; review and plan each direct report's career path and growth; recruit, hire, mentor, and develop employees; gather information necessary to make decisions; anticipate, identify, eliminate and resolve problems in a timely manner; know and use available resources; work on projects of highest complexity and criticality to Enverus where unique and creative solutions are necessary; work with strategic direction from VP Client Services; and lead and direct activities of the trainers and consultants assigned to the project.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations research, computer information systems, or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and designing and delivering training programs.
Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Reviewing, transforming, and optimizing existing business processes and/or developing and implementing new business processes to improve overall team performance and optimize team efficiency; developing and delivering comprehensive training programs covering a variety of topics but with a main focus on software administration and usage; developing and implementing comprehensive change management programs including communication strategies, process impacts, roll-out timelines, and personnel training; and utilizing the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes as they apply to the energy (oil and gas) industry and developing and/or implementing financial, order processing, and/or field operations related software programs.
