Why We’re Hiring
We are looking to expand our team with a visionary Product Manager to help lead the development and evolution of our product portfolio. As our business grows and the competitive landscape evolves, we need a dedicated professional to bridge the gap between customer needs, business strategy, and product innovation. This role is critical to defining our product roadmap, enhancing usability, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. By hiring for this role, we aim to drive forward our mission of innovation, maintain our competitive edge, and create products that resonate deeply with our users. If you're ready to take ownership, inspire change, and make a significant impact, we want you on board!
What You Will Do
- Help define product roadmap based on business leader’s strategy, competitive landscape and customer requirements.
- Own the Product Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) end-to-end for your product area — from discovery, PRDs, and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and end-of-life — with a strong bias for shipping iteratively.
- Manage the development of current and future features, user stories, and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing customer needs. Drive rapid prototype development to validate hypotheses with customers and internal stakeholders before committing engineering cycles. Leverage AI-assisted tooling to move from concept to clickable prototype in days, not weeks.
- Collaborate with SE, SA & CSM to understand feedback, help develop use cases and triage feature requests. Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) and stakeholder enablement in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Support — including positioning, messaging, launch collateral, demo scripts, competitive battlecards, and internal training.
- Own use-case development for target buyer personas across commercial and public sector segments — including SOC operations, CTI, threat hunting, incident response, and cross-organization intelligence sharing use cases.
- Liaise closely with the India-based Product Management and Engineering teams to align priorities, unblock delivery, and collaborate in roadmap and sprint decisions. Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams.
- Drive the implementation of AI-native product capabilities including model selection tradeoffs, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and measuring real analyst time-to-value.
- Guide GTM & product marketing for segments, pricing etc. based on product capabilities, value proposition etc.
- Drive the usability vision for the product and user interface designs.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch, end-of-life and migration.
- Manage the product backlog and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed.
- Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews to assure requirements are being properly addressed.
- Provide Proof-of-Concept (POC) assistance to Sales Engineering and prospective customers — scoping success criteria, unblocking technical questions, translating field feedback into the roadmap, and helping convert strategic POCs into closed-won enterprise deals.
- Product demonstration and training for the field, operational teams and critical customers.
- Report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and act as a thought partner on product strategy, portfolio decisions, and North American customer priorities.
- Represent the product externally — customer briefings & demo’s, QBRs, and other sessions.
- Act as a leader within the company; help drive product innovation into the corporate culture.
Who You Are
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products or custom solutions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong PM experience: 7+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B focused product based enterprise, with proven capability leading product initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
- U.S. Citizenship required — this role supports public sector customers and products operating in FedRAMP-authorized environments.
- Cybersecurity background is preferred. Hands-on experience building and shipping enterprise security products; Threat Intelligence, TIP, SOAR, or SIEM experience strongly preferred. Can credibly discuss and validate product decisions with security practitioners.
- Public sector & FedRAMP experience: has shipped products used by U.S. federal, state, or local government customers, with working knowledge of FedRAMP (Moderate/High) authorization, ATO processes, and the associated product, deployment, and roadmap constraints (e.g., GovCloud, IL4/IL5, boundary controls, continuous monitoring).
- Applied AI product expertise: has personally shipped AI/ML-powered features and managed roadmaps around them. Understands model tradeoffs, latency, hallucination risk, evaluation pipelines, and what "AI-native" actually means in a security product context.
- Agent & agentic-workflow understanding: working knowledge of LLM agent architectures such as tool use, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of security personas & their tools: fluent in the day-to-day of SOC analysts, CTI leads, threat hunters, IR responders, and CISOs — how they work, the tools in their stack (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, TIP, ticketing), and how buying decisions actually get made and renewed.
- Startup execution mindset: has 0-1 experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a mindset to help mature it. Writes their own PRDs, runs customer discovery, defines success metrics, and ships iteratively while collaborating tightly with Engineering, GTM, CSM and Sales. Leverages AI wherever applicable across the PDLC.
- Metrics & data-driven mindset: makes hard tradeoff decisions using usage data, NPS signals, and win/loss patterns. Comfortable with ambiguous data and uses frameworks to guide decisions. Experienced with metric driven execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and to technical practitioners.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable with startup culture.
- Willingness to travel domestically (~15–25%) for customer meetings, POCs, and industry events.
- A technical bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. A technical bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred.
- UX and/or User Interface Design skills will be a key plus.
- ISAC / ISAO / threat sharing community experience.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience selling into or supporting DoD, IC, or civilian federal agencies.
- Deep AI & LLM knowledge — hands-on with evals, fine-tuning, RAG, or agent frameworks.
- Has been part of a team that has grown significantly, quickly.
