Storable is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Product Operations to elevate, standardize, and scale product excellence across the organization. In this role, you will lead the optimization of product processes, establish documentation and communication standards, and partner cross-functionally to implement a seamless, industry-aligned Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your leadership will empower product and engineering teams to deliver impactful outcomes to our clients and stakeholders.

You will also drive knowledge development initiatives, champion best practices, and ensure product teams are aligned, enabled, and equipped with the right tools. This role requires strong collaboration with senior and executive leadership to ensure the success of key initiatives and events across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the SDLC: Evaluate and enhance product development workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality delivery across teams.
  • Enable Team Growth: Design and lead professional development programs to advance product management capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive Strategic Thinking: Operate at both strategic and operational levels to challenge existing processes and drive innovation across the product organization.
  • Elevate Communication Standards: Improve how the organization communicates product updates, new features, and incident management to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align on Outcomes: Ensure teams are focused on delivering measurable outcomes, from business case development through post-release impact analysis.
  • Manage Product Tooling: Own and maintain the product tool stack, ensuring teams have the right tools for discovery, planning, delivery, and product monitoring.
  • Facilitate Key Events: Plan and coordinate impactful product-wide meetings, offsites, and other initiatives that align the organization and foster collaboration.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years in Product Management, with a strong track record of operational leadership and process optimization
  • Deep expertise in product development lifecycle methodologies, with experience in a variety of organizational structures
  • Experience with business and financial modeling to support data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse roles and leadership levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

The compensation we will offer for this role is within this range and is based on our internal budget along with your skills and experience level.
