At Curriculum Associates, we believe in the potential of every child and are changing the face of education technology with award-winning learning programs like i-Ready that serve a third of the nation’s K–8 students. For more than 50 years, our commitment to making classrooms better places, serving educators, and supporting accessible learning experiences for all students has driven the continuous improvement of our innovative programs. Our team of more than 2,500 employees is composed of lifelong learners who stand behind this mission, working tirelessly to serve the educational community with world-class programs and support every day.

The Director of Product Marketing will partner closely with the VP of Product Marketing to shape the strategic marketing vision and lead execution across Curriculum Associates’ Spanish-language product portfolio as well as supplemental (English and Spanish). This person will serve as a central hub connecting Product, Sales, Services, and the broader Marketing team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across all go-to-market (GTM) efforts.

As Curriculum Associates deepens its commitment to multilingual learners, this leader will champion the successful launch and ongoing market positioning of our new core K–6 Spanish-language literacy program. This role plays a critical part in bringing our Spanish-language offerings to market and ensuring they reach the educators and students they are designed to support. The ideal candidate brings proven experience launching new products, crafting compelling value propositions, and driving high-impact GTM strategies.

Beyond core Spanish literacy, the Director will oversee the full suite of English and Spanish supplemental math and literacy products. This portfolio includes emerging, high-visibility offerings that require comprehensive GTM leadership, as well as established legacy products that rely on strong demand-generation strategies to sustain and expand market adoption.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Spanish-language curriculum and supplemental products, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and market needs.

  • Lead end-to-end product launch efforts for new Spanish literacy offerings, including positioning, messaging, enablement, and adoption strategies.

  • Own the marketing strategy for the supplemental portfolio, balancing comprehensive GTM planning for new releases with demand-generation approaches that sustain and grow legacy products.

  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing to design and optimize campaigns that increase marketing-driven revenue and move prospects deeper into the funnel.

  • Serve as a central connector across Product, Sales, Services, and the broader Marketing team to ensure cross-functional readiness, clear communication, and seamless execution of GTM initiatives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within Spanish and overall supplemental segments to inform product positioning, messaging, and strategic recommendations.

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team, fostering collaboration, trust, professional growth, and high-quality delivery.

  • Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and translate performance insights into actionable optimizations across marketing initiatives.

  • Model strategic thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and cross-team alignment in support of shared organizational goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Deep expertise in product marketing and GTM strategy, with a strong track record of launching new products.

  • Expertise in bilingual education markets; ability to serve as SME.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy.

  • Skilled in managing cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and driving collaborative outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to guide decision-making.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, ideally within education, EdTech, or publishing.

  • Demonstrated success launching new products and driving adoption in competitive markets.

  • Experience working with multilingual curriculum and supplemental instructional products.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute revenue-driving marketing strategies that support organizational growth.

  • Experience managing teams and partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.
