Ready to be a Titan?
We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead the development of our two-sided marketplace from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder—owning the roadmap, defining the core experience for both sides of the marketplace, and rolling up your sleeves to execute in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact product from day one, working closely with founders, design, engineering, and early users.
What you'll do:
Define and own the vision, strategy, and execution for the ServiceTitan Marketplace, driving adoption and value for consumers and contractors.
Establish and drive key marketplace metrics: match rate, fill rate, repeat usage, and user satisfaction, etc.
Shape and refine the strategy for scaling into new categories, geographies, or verticals.
Build and optimize the full journey: onboarding, matching, booking, and feedback loops.
Be an individual contributor in the early stages writing specs, analyzing user behavior, managing sprints, QAing features, and running experiments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, partnerships, marketing, and customer success to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Eventually hire and mentor a team of PMs as the product scales
Stay ahead of industry trends in platform ecosystems, app marketplaces, and commerce enablement.
What you'll bring:
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading platform or marketplace products.
A track record of launching and scaling marketplaces, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
Proven success owning zero-to-one product initiatives, especially in early-stage environments.
Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for building delightful, scalable, and business-critical experiences.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, using data to define success and prioritize initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading high-performing teams, with a focus on impact, speed, and continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is a strong plus.
